Please do not arrive early. Either a studio attendant will be available to open the door for you upon your arrival, or you will receive a lockbox code with a detailed email one day prior to your booking. Please be aware that the lockbox code will only become active at the time of your schedule appointment, early entry is not permitted.

We recommend a maximum capacity of 12 people for the entire studio, and 6 for just A or B for photo/ video production and 40 people for intimate events. Please contact us if you have more guests.

Street parking is available all along Dupont street, hours of parking may vary depending on weekday/weekend. Please confirm whether or not you can park based on street signage.

Galleria Mall is also across the street, and parking is available for patrons of the mall.

We will not be responsible for parking issues from not observing municipal laws.

Our south-facing windows offer abundant natural light. Depending on the time of year, the optimal light for Studio A occurs between 9 am to around 2 pm, while for Studio B, it's from 12 pm to around 4 pm. On sunny days, you can expect direct sunlight streaming in during these times. On cloudy days, the light will be soft and diffused throughout the day.

Yes, you can rearrange furniture or props inside the studio. Please lift the furniture when moving it around the space.

The studio must be returned to its original state before your end time.

We do not offer 1-hour bookings. The minimum booking duration starts at 2 hours.

Yes, there is a street level entrance along with a garage door for access.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the space.

Service animals, however, are welcome to make your time as comfortable as possible in the studio. Do note that you will be requested to provide acceptable documentation. Please note that emotional support animals are not classified as service animals.

Our space is a natural light studio. If you would like to shoot in complete darkness, we recommend shooting during the evening. However, please note that the space may not be 100% dark due to ambient street lights.
