POLICY ON SITE VISITS (UPDATED MAR. 3, 2024)

Please check the video tours of the space first. Due to the high volume of site visit requests we've received in recent months, many of which are from individuals simply interested in viewing the space without upcoming projects, we now require a non-refundable deposit of $30+HST to book a short, maximum 15-minute site visit. This deposit can be used as studio credit if a booking is made within 3 months after the site visit.

The deposit is applicable for ONE site visit reservation only. Once scheduled, site visits cannot be rescheduled or canceled.

The deposit can be submitted via e-transfer to our email address at studio.zerofive@gmail.com. Our email is set up for auto-deposit under the name 1000510319 Ontario Inc. Please double check the accuracy of the information before sending your deposit.
